He completed a two-month banking internship, but his experience was disappointing. According to Hassan, he eventually received only PKR 10,000, and the payment came after approximately five months.
This experience changed his career plans.
Instead of continuing to wait for a traditional corporate opportunity, Hassan decided to focus seriously on SEO and make it his full-time career.
The Early Struggles
Hassan’s first years in SEO were far from easy.
He spent approximately 18–20 hours a day working, learning, and trying to improve his skills. At that time, he did not even have proper office furniture and often worked while sitting on a carpet.
One of the biggest sacrifices he made was selling his only smartphone, a G5 Touch, for around PKR 10,000–12,000.
He used the money to purchase a secondhand laptop so that he could continue learning and working in SEO.
The financial results did not come quickly. Hassan spent nearly two years working without meaningful earnings.
For someone starting an online career, this period can be extremely difficult. However, instead of quitting, he continued developing his skills and searching for opportunities.
Hassan’s First SEO Income
After nearly two years of continuous effort, Hassan finally earned PKR 2,500 from his first deal.
Although the amount was small, it was an important milestone in his career.
He gave the entire amount to his mother.
That first payment became a turning point because it showed him that the skills he had spent years developing could generate real income.
His earnings then gradually increased:
- Month 1: PKR 2,500
- Month 2: PKR 5,000
- Month 3: PKR 7,500
- Months 4–5: PKR 12,500
- Within approximately 7 months: More than PKR 50,000
The growth was gradual rather than instant. His experience demonstrates how an online career can develop step by step as skills, confidence, clients, and experience increase.
From SEO Student to Trainer
After gaining experience in SEO, Hassan began helping others learn the same skills.
He has trained more than 50 students, providing the training completely free of charge.
