Natural ways to keep your feet healthy

It is essential to take care of your feet in all seasons. And taking care of it is not limited to cutting nails and applying varnish. It is also necessary to remove the horn, take care of corns and treat blisters if there are any. The following tips will get your lower limbs back on their feet in no time!

Bread and apple cider vinegar

This trick may sound strange, but it works like a charm for the treatment of corns. Dip a piece of bread in apple cider vinegar and wrap it around the affected parts using plastic wrap. Then put on a cotton sock and let this magic solution work all night. In the morning, your corns will be softened and can be easily removed; they may even disappear on their own

Apple cider vinegar and castor oil

Pour 250 ml of cider vinegar into a basin of hot water. Soak your feet to soften the callus then rub with a pumice stone. If you also have corns, apply castor oil to the affected areas. Repeat these operations every day for 10 days for optimal results.

Vitamin A or E

Vitamins in capsules are not only effective for your interior. Make sure to extract the gel contained in the capsules, spread it on the horn before going to bed and put on a cotton sock. Repeat this operation until the corn disappears.

Lemon

Cut a slice of lemon the size of the toe in question. Press it over the horn and wrap it with plastic wrap to hold it in place. Put on a sock and leave on overnight. Repeat this operation until the corn disappears.

An onion and white vinegar

Soak a slice of onion in white vinegar for 24 hours. Glue the onion slice to the corn and put on a sock. As for the slice of lemon, let it act all night and repeat the operation until the corn disappears.

Castor oil

This method can be used day or night. It is effective for small corns that are too difficult to treat with the two previous tips. Take a small piece of paper and cut a small hole the size of the French horn in the middle. Position the paper around the corn and apply castor oil. Cover with sparadra and repeat the operation until it disappears.

Aspirin

Grind 5 aspirin tablets and mix them with a cup filled with equal parts water and apple cider vinegar. The mixture should have the texture of a paste. Apply the paste to your corn or horn and cover it all up. Leave on for 10 minutes then rinse. Remove excess skin using a pumice stone

Epsom salt

This method takes a little longer, but has relaxing properties. Take a foot bath with warm water and Epsom salt for 10 minutes. Then rub your feet with a pumice stone. Repeat the operation as necessary to have soft and healthy feet.

Try one or more of these tips to see if the condition of your feet improves. These natural methods are perfect for keeping your feet healthy in the summer with dryness and open shoes.
