Hunter beef cooking is very simple because its ingredients are not tough see below,
1 – Beef – 2kg
2 – Lemon Juice 1/4 cup
3 – White vinegar – 1 cup
4 – Garlic – 10 cloves
5 – Crushed Black Pepper 2 tsp
6 – Butter – 3tbsp
7 – Lahori salt – to taste
How DO I Cook Hunter Beef
1 – Makes small holes in beef with a small knife and put a garlic clove in each hole.
2 – Put vinegar, lahori sale, black pepper and lemon juice in a bowl.
3 – Mix well
4 – Apply this mixture on beef and cover with a plastic sheet. Leave it to marinate overnight.
5 – Steam it in the steamer for 30 minutes and then apply butter.
Bake in a pre-heated over for 15 minutes.
6 – Delicious hunter beef is ready to be served.
