Step

Cool 2 potatoes in the microwave for 8 minutes, then peel to make potatoes.

Decorate with black salt powder.

Pancatlets are served hot with tomato sauce and salad (onions and cucumbers sprinkled with salt, lime juice, coriander leaves and black pepper). Just heaven.
