How to Get IPTV Smarters on Roku TV: A Step-by-Step Guide

Roku TV is a popular smart TV platform that offers a variety of streaming options. While it provides access to a wide range of channels and streaming services, you may also want to explore other options such as IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) to expand your entertainment options. IPTV Smarters is a versatile and feature-rich IPTV player that can enhance your Roku TV experience by adding live TV channels and on-demand content. In this step-by-step guide, we will guide you through the process of getting IPTV Smarters on Roku TV.

Before we begin, it’s important to note that Roku doesn’t support the installation of third-party applications outside of the official Roku Channel Store. As a result, we’ll use an alternate method to get IPTV Smarters on Roku TV.

Step 1: Set up Roku TV to mirror your screen

Screen mirroring needs to be enabled on your Roku TV before you can mirror content from your mobile device. Here’s how you can do it:

Turn on your Roku TV and ensure it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your mobile device.

By pressing the Home button on your Roku remote, you can access your Roku account.

Navigate to “Settings” and select “System.”

The “Screen mirroring” option should be selected.

Select either “Screen mirroring mode” or “Prompt” based on your preference. The “Prompt” option will require you to confirm the connection each time, while “Always allow” will automatically enable screen mirroring without prompts.

Step 2: Install IPTV Smarters on Your Mobile Device

Since IPTV Smarters is not directly available on Roku’s Channel Store, we’ll use screen mirroring to cast the app from your mobile device to Roku TV. Therefore, you need to ensure that IPTV Smarters is installed on your mobile device. You can find the IPTV Smarters app on Google Play Store for Android devices and the App Store for iOS devices.

Step 3: Connect Your Mobile Device to Roku TV

With both your Roku TV and mobile device on the same Wi-Fi network and IPTV Smarters Pro installed on your mobile device, you can now connect and mirror the screen to your Roku TV:

On the Roku TV, press the Home button on the Roku remote.

Go to Settings, then System, and finally Screen Mirroring.

Select “Screen Mirroring Mode” and select “Prompt” or “Always Allow” depending on your preference.

Now, grab your mobile device and enable screen mirroring:

For Android devices: Open the Settings menu, select Connected Devices, Connection Preferences, and finally Cast. Select your Roku TV from the list to start mirroring.

For iOS devices: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access Control Center. To mirror your Roku TV, select “Screen Mirroring” from the options.

Roku TV will mirror the screen of your mobile device once it is connected.

Step 4: Open and Use IPTV Smarters on Roku TV

With screen mirroring, you can now turn on and use IPTV Smarters on your Roku TV:

Launch the IPTV Smarters app on your mobile device.

Browse the app, select your desired IPTV channel, and start streaming content.

Content is mirrored live to your Roku TV, allowing you to enjoy live TV channels and on-demand content on the big screen.

Although Roku TV itself does not support installing third-party apps like IPTV Smarters, screen mirroring provides a viable solution to access the app and enjoy IPTV content on Roku TV.. By following this step-by-step guide, you can seamlessly integrate IPTV Smarters with your Roku TV, expand your entertainment options and turn your Smart TV into a comprehensive media center. Happy live streaming!
