Freeze: freezing your mustard is a good method for people in business because it can preserve it for up to 6 months when simply sealed in an airtight container.

Can: can preservation is said to be the safest method because it can be kept Up to a year. You should follow a tested canning recipe and process the jars in boiling water for 10 mins before storing them.

Dry: the mustard seed can be dried and closed up in an airtight case for up to a year. To avoid it getting spoilt before time, you will need to spread out your grounded mustard seeds on a baking sheet and  leave it to bake in a low-heat oven at about 150 degrees for 2-3 hours until they are completely dry
